Gaining weight during pregnancy, it happens. Losing it takes plenty of sweat and commitment. I'm so proud of these amazing mothers who stuck with the BBG!
This is the lovely Orsi who sent me this email:
I used to be very active and relatively fit. Unfortunately I did gain lots of weight during my pregnancy. I had a very dramatic birth experience, couldn't recover very well and quickly from it and suffered from postnatal depression for a very long time. It was horrible.
I hated myself, my post baby body, but wouldn't have admitted to anyone, how I felt. It took me 10 months to finally get to the decision to make the first step. I purchased your guide and I never looked back since.
I've been doing BBG since November 2015. I did take a few weeks break here and there, I completed 25 weeks altogether and I am currently on week 19. I am loving it. Fitness has become a huge part of my life, I cannot imagine myself not exercising anymore!
I do love the visible signs of my transformation of course, I've lost weight, I am slimmer, leaner and stronger, and I know lots of other people has said it already, but honestly the biggest change is inside of me! I have completely left my depressed, sad self behind and I am a new, happy, healthy, fit woman who's gained the biggest thing; confidence!
I'd like to say a big thank to you, Kayla, your program is amazing, I do have the app as well, which has probably given me an even bigger motivation. I have found some amazing friends on Instagram from all over the world during this journey, I don't think I could have gone this far without their support!
My husband has been my biggest supporter since the start, he is actually a big fan of your workouts and whenever he is free or I need the extra push, he jumps in and does the workout with me!

Working out had never been something that came easy for me. I didn't start to regularly workout until my first son was born. I would go to the gym and do the elliptical for 30 almost every day. I continued to do this all the way through to my second son. When I was pregnant with my third I knew I needed a change.
To increase my intensity and actually follow some sort of program. I did my investigating and stumbled upon @mysweatlife, Kelsey Wells, pregnant to fit transformation using Kayla's program and started following her.
By chance, when I was 36 weeks pregnant, I actually ran in to Kelsey at my gym (not her home gym. She was visiting her sister). I had a strong feeling I should approach and talk to her....so I did. I was so impressed by her, as many people are, and made the plan to start BBG as soon as I could after my baby. Well, right after meeting Kelsey I had a doctors appointment, I went in my gym clothes. At this appointment we found that my baby would need special care and I needed to be taken by life flight to a hospital 400 miles away.
My baby had a heart defect. Within an hour I was strapped to a gurney and flying away from my home. I stayed at a hospital until I had my 4.9 lb baby. He was taken from me immediately and at 3 weeks recorded open heart surgery. It was the most difficult time of our lives and we depended on the care and love of strangers to survive.
Almost a month after my new baby came home we moved 800 miles away to a new job in Idaho. I had a fragile baby and two other little boys. Totally alone. I had kept in contact with Kelsey and she told me to start an Instagram account associated with my BBG training because she said the support and friendship you make there doesn't compare to ANYTHING in the world. I was so alone. Had just gone through a major trial. That was exactly what I needed.
This is the biggest and best change I have seen. My happiness levels are through the roof. I never suffered from any postpartum depression with this baby #3. That alone is a miracle. I'm comfortable in my clothing. No longer do I feel restricted or unhappy based off how my clothes fit. I love it. Because I have become so happy with my progress, how my body has performed through these circuits, and the challenges I've overcome, my self confidence is at a place it's never been before. It's weird to write it. I'm sure you've heard this a million times. It's weird to actually know that YOU YOURSELF can feel it. I'm happy. I really really am.
Thank you so much. I absolutely love EVERYTHING about BBG and the community. I've made friends here that will last a lifetime. I'm happy. I feel good. I know everything happens for a reason and can't help but feel so blessed to have stumbled upon this program at the EXACT moment I'd need it the most.
