This is the lovely Emily who sent me this email:

"Hi Kayla,

Before I started your BBG guides, I used to exercise but I never knew how to target areas effectively so I struggled to maintain a body weight that I was comfortable in. I always ate healthy but I was eating the wrong portions.

I decided to change my lifestyle because I started lacking motivation in everything and I wanted to prove to myself that I could commit to something and make a change that would make me feel better about myself and happier.

Everything about my lifestyle dramatically changed, my summer shorts were all too big so I had to get new ones, I have so much energy to put into myself and all my friends say I have just become a big ball of energy.

I feel so much more confident and I don't feel like I have to seek others approval for looking good because I know that I feel good.

Sweat With Kayla

This is the lovely Kelsey who sent me this email:

"Hi Kayla,

Before I started the BBG, I used to attend gym classes and run. I have always loved cardio so I thought I would give your program a go!

I started the guides as I wanted to expand into new forms of exercise. I enjoy change and I love to challenge myself so BBG seemed like the perfect workout for me. I also wanted to incorporate more upper body workouts into my routine. I also started working full time and needed a new routine and 30 mins of BBG before work fit in perfectly! I had never been interested in weights either, due to fear of 'bulking', so this introduced them to me.

I have seen lots of change in my body. I look fit rather than just slim and I definitely have more definition in my muscles and I have abs!!

My confidence has become a lot better and I feel proud of what I have achieved. I also feel very energised everyday after powering through a workout at 6am.
