Touching Stories & Incredible BBG Results!
I am so proud of both the ladies below who have shared their inspiring stories and received so much more from the BBG than just their incredible results!
This is the lovely Veronica who sent me this email:
Before I started using your BBG guides, I have been struggling with my weight and eating all my life. I have always been active, I started dancing since I was a baby and went to different dance competitions. It was my passion, but it didn't give me the body I wanted.
Nobody around me knew, what I was struggling with because I was always smiling and happy.
When I was 10, I weighed 72kg and my doctor said I should diet in order to lose weight. Since then my self-esteem got very low, I couldn't wear short-sleeved tops, because I was so ashamed of my arms.
I started doing different kinds of diets, tried everything from not eating fats or carbs to a point where my metabolism got really damaged.
At one point I was eating only 800-1200 kcal a day, and that was a trigger to a binge eating disorder I developed.
I ended up weighing 86kg at the age of 15, and it made me realise I need to change my eating habits. I wanted to feel as confident as I was as a child. I wanted to feel beautiful, healthy and good inside.
I found your BBG guides at the age of 20 and wanted to try them, because of all the amazing transformations I saw on Instagram.
I started using both the H.E.L.P. Nutrition Guide, because my eating was all over the place, as well as the BBG, to gain more strength. After only 12 weeks, I saw incredible results, and it gave me the motivation to continue.
Now that I have completed six rounds of BBG, I feel like a different person both mentally and physically.
I'm stronger, fitter and more healthy than I have ever been. I actually wear tops, sports bra and shorts without being embarrassed of myself.
I have stopped avoiding carbs, and I have learned about the food portion sizes, which have helped me to overcome my eating disorder. I'm currently eating over 1800 kcal, and I feel like I have so much more energy in my life!
I don't even step on the scale anymore!Instead, I focus on how I feel inside and take progress pictures. Words can't describe, how grateful I am for this amazingly supportive BBG Community.

When I first began what I will for now call my “fitness journey”, I started on a Tuesday in mid-July 2015, with absolutely no idea what I was doing.
I weighed close to 190 pounds, hadn't exercised in over 3 years, and had no idea if I would even have the physical ability to run for more than 5 seconds. But I started. I started where I was, with what I had, with trembling hands and a mind filled with doubt.
I had no idea that in that decision to just start, that I would eventually be able to lose nearly 65 pounds, substantially improve my health, and transform not only my body, but my mind.
Though I'm quite pleased to have lost 62 pounds and countless inches, I wholeheartedly believe that the biggest transformation that has occurred is internal. I've learned to love myself and my body, at various weights and stages.
I've learned to speak kindly to myself, as I would to a loved one. I no longer walk into the room anxious that people will stare at me for being overweight. I no longer dread shopping, or define myself by the size of my jeans.
I am grateful to you, and the entire team, for all that you do to allow women to transform not only their bodies, but their lives.
