This is the lovely Christie who sent me this email: 

"Hi Kayla, 

Before your BBG guides I was going through some major postpartum depression. I was in a slump emotionally and knew that I needed to add some intensity to my workouts in order to actually be a better mom and wife.

I needed to change my life for my family! I literally felt paralyzed from postpartum depression to the point where it was hard to even get dressed for the day.

It's crazy how my clothing sizes have changed! I love going to my closet and being able to just grab and go and not have to worry about whether something is going to fit or not.

I feel SO amazing after getting in these crazy hard sweat sessions. Maybe I'm not super bulky but I am definitely happy inside. Staying consistent with my eating is a whole other thing but I'm definitely more accepting that I don't have to be all or nothing. I'm happy, healthy, and always striving to be the best possible me!

Sweat With Kayla

This is the lovely Julia who sent me this email: 

"Hi Kayla, 

I did BBG 1 twice and now I am on week 21 of BBG 2! I asked for an apple watch and subscription to the app for Christmas so that I can keep going :) The first photo was week 12 (left) and the second one is now (week 33, right)!

I would lift weights, but not consistently and I didn’t eat very healthy. I binge drank on the weekends and didn’t have a healthy outlook on life.

I felt tired and sick all the time so I just wanted a routine that I could stick to and hold myself accountable to.

I am much more comfortable in bikinis and my stomach no longer has rolls when I am sitting down! I am energized and never need a nap during the day, I have enough energy to keep going all day long!
