Another two amazing ladies share their BBG transformation stories! They have achieved more than just great results! Have a read :) 

This is the lovely Amber who sent me this email:

"Hi Kayla,

So I've always been a pretty active person. I played sports since I was little and throughout most of high school (soccer), but after that, I really didn't do much. I went to college and never even stepped foot in the campus gym, and gained 10lbs my first semester.

I never even had a second thought about the food I was putting into my body. I ate way too much, and none of it was healthy...ever. I was not happy with anything about myself and completely flipped the switch.

I joined a local kickboxing gym and started revolving my life around these fitness classes and meal-prepping for about a year and a half. I immediately saw changes in my body, but eventually hit a plateau. A friend of mine introduced me to the BBG guides, and I've never looked back.

I've learned so much about my body throughout these past 12 weeks. I used to meal prep everything and would allow myself one cheat meal a week, which always turned into a cheat DAY because I would totally binge on everything I'dve been depriving myself of.

I was taking huge steps backwards with my progress because of these days...After starting BBG 1.0 in February, I started tracking my calories/macros, and no longer deprive myself of my cravings. I don't feel like I'm on as much of a "diet" and I'm not afraid to go out to eat with my friends/family anymore.

Only a few weeks into the guide, I started noticing that my jeans were fitting better around my waist, and my stomach was already beginning to look more toned!!
I've never felt as strong and/or confident as I do in this very moment, and I know that it's only up from here! I just restarted BBG 1.0 so I can't wait to see what this round has in store for me!!!

"Hi Kayla,

So my life before starting your BBG program was what I used to think of as somewhat healthy. But looking back I see how poorly I treated my body. I ate pretty much whatever I wanted, exercised OCCASIONALLY, and never got enough sleep.

I didn't really think that these habits could cause me to be as stressed and tired as I was.. until I started BBG 1.0. I now feel so much more energized and healthy. I can get through a whole day at work without feeling lethargic and exhausted.

In addition to the way I feel is the difference I have seen in my body physically. I lost 15 pounds (mainly around my hips and my bust) and I have gained some muscle in my arms. I have found that most of my pants/shorts don't fit me anymore..they are huge in the waist! :)
