Transformation Tuesday Feat. Two Incredible Ladies
Girls, you NEED to read these inspirational BBG Transformation stories! If this isn't going to motivate you, I don't know what will! ;)
This is the lovely Kristen who sent me this email:
For the year and a half before starting your BBG guides, I had lost almost all of the little self-esteem that I had coming into college. In high school, I had always been extremely active and participated in three seasons a year of varsity sports. Between the overwhelming amount of school work and the social demands of college, I began to make excuses and skip days at the gym, which turned into weeks, which eventually turned into the entire first semester of my freshman year.
My weight had never been higher and my confidence had never been lower. I finally made the decision to drastically change my lifestyle, because I realised that in order to see and feel a change, I actually had to commit to making one.
The most noticeable change I have seen is in terms of the way that my clothes fit. I am no longer self conscious when I wear a tight shirt out and all of my jeans are a lot looser in the waist. Additionally, I have a lot more energy in the morning and am more motivated to get out of bed.
Before starting the BBG, if I had a late class I would take advantage of the extra time to sleep. Now, I will get up at 8 am on days that I don't have class until 10:30 so I can fit in a workout and not have to rush to get ready.
I am so much happier with how I look and with my lifestyle that what other people may think of me hardly crosses my mind, when before it was all I worried about. I am happy with me for me!
Thank you, Kayla!!
You look incredible Kristen! You should be SO proud! I love hearing how much happier you are from doing the BBG xx

Thank you for this amazing BBG guide.
Over these last 12 weeks, I have lost 12 pounds, overcome my eating issues, and built a community around BBG where I work.
I have always been slender until 4 years ago when I started my journey in recovery from alcohol and drugs. I’ve never had to watch what I eat because I have consistently exercised since high school. When I got sober, I ran out of things to change the way I feel and the way I was eating caught up with me. Over the past 4 years, I have gained roughly 20 pounds.
Before I found your BBG guide, I was running, boxing and also bulimic. I felt powerless and lost as the weight continued to creep up. Since starting your guide, I have learned how to eat clean (at least most of the time) and have stopped using food as a drug. My bulimia and the negative thoughts about my body have completely disappeared. I am stronger.
At my office, I started this program with two girls and now up to five people join us on a given day!
The coolest part about this? People keep telling me how driven and positive I am. I’ve been described as the world’s best cheerleader.
Thank you for making me feel like myself again.
Maddie, thank you for sharing your story! Your results are incredible and you are an inspiration to others who are in a similar position! Thank you again, SO proud of you :)
If you have a transformation you would like to share with me, please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
