Two Tremendous Transformations!

So incredibly proud of these two inspirational ladies for sharing their inspirational stories on their amazing BBG results! 

This is the lovely Chloe who sent me this email:

"Hi Kayla,

Before I started the BBG guides I was lazy, unmotivated and in denial about how miserable I was. I was drinking every weekend and during the week I would just binge eat and watch TV.

I decided to change after realising how unhappy I was. I quickly discovered that being fit and healthy made me so much happier and bettered all aspects of my life including social, work and study.

I went from a size 12 to a size 6. My energy levels have changed dramatically, I’m so much more willing to get up early and make the most of everyday instead of lying in bed all day.

This is my progress after 3 months of your program. Thank you so much. You've made me fall in love with health and fitness again and I'm happier than I ever have been before.

I never want to forget how good being fit and healthy has made me feel and never want to go back to the way that I was before.

Sweat With Kayla This is the lovely Gaby who sent me this email: 

"Hi Kayla,

My lifestyle before the BBG guides wasn't healthy at all, I used to eat fast food almost everyday and I thought life was so short to even think in restraining myself from food haha.

Now I know life is too short to not worry about what goes into your body and that we need to take care for our health or we will pay the price later on. I decided to make a change because I wasn't happy with how I was living and I knew I needed to do some changes in order to be happier and confident with my body.

I went to see a nutritionist and that’s how I learned that healthy food is delicious, my energy improved as well as my humour, my nails and my hair. I started the guides because my sister told me about them.

I did research, saw photos on Instagram and I was determined that I wanted to have a change like the girls in the photos.

I started this journey about a year ago and it’s far from ending. I can’t believe the progress I have made. At the beginning I felt I was going to die by doing 5 commandos hahaha and now they seem really easy.

The guides are a great way to set personal goals and accomplish them feeling like a winner.

I gained confidence in myself, energy, discipline, health, consciousness, and many other great things that now are a part of my lifestyle. I’m from Mexico and I love how the BBG guides help a lot of girls worldwide!
