Weight Lost & Confidence Gained! #BBGResults

Proud of these ladies who have achieved SO much more than just weight loss with doing the BBG

This is the lovely Catherine who sent me this email: 

"Hi Kayla, 

I must admit I have always been pretty lucky, I have never had huge weight problems, eating what my heart wished for...pizza, pasta, ice cream.. always and at whatever time of the day!

I have done a lot of sport during my teenage years and for a long time I was fine. Then when I grew older I became lazy, I was very busy at work, and I have lost my good habit to do regularly do some sport.

The last two years have been the ones which had a stronger impact on me. I went to live with my current boyfriend and from very active people we quickly found ourselves in the rut: work-home, home-couch, couch-junk food' I have trained visibly less but I was eating the same amount of food. Before I knew it I had gained 8 kilos more and 2 sizes more.

The turning point occurred two months ago. I have tried some short pants of 2 summers ago and they were sooo tight- Whatever piece of clothing I tried on, it just didn't look good on me. I could not recognise myself anymore. But of course it was not about the clothes, it was about myself.

Now I exercise almost every day, I follow the BBG very carefully, I play tennis, and as soon as I can I go out and run or I go on long walks. My meal are always very healthy, full of veggies, legumes and fruit and I have rid myself of the bad habit of eating junk food. 

In just 9 weeks (4 weeks of PRE BBG and 5 of BBG1 ) I went from 65 to 57 kg and I have dropped one size. My personal journey is just at the beginning and my goals are still to be reached, but these first results motivated me!! I am more determined and confident now, and I like my body, despite my 37 years of age, and I would not change it!

Sweat With Kayla

This is the lovely Sally who sent me this email:

 

"Hi Kayla!


Before I started BBG, I was tired, unhappy, didn't feel confident anymore and wasn't in the least interested in my health and wellbeing. I was unhappy at work and that reflected in all aspects of my life. To be honest, I didn't have any energy to get off the couch. No matter how many Kayla BBG transformations I saw, it still didn't get me motivated.

In January, I decided that 2016 was going to be my year. I was going to get fit, look amazing turning 40, and change my career.

Since starting Kayla's BBG, my fitness has increased, I am so happy I hardly recognise myself, my body is in great shape, and my confidence is through the roof. I have quit my job, and have also quit alcohol. I am a completely new person thanks to BBG. It is the community that Kayla has created that truly inspires me. There has never been a negative comment made, just lots of love, respect and results.

And I have you to thank. BBG is the most supportive community and environment.  You bring people together.  I've met some beautiful, talented and inspiring women in such a short time. Thanks to BBG, I'll constantly be improving myself. Oh and I'm turning 40 in August and will be entering my 40s with abs!!
