These nutritional guidelines provide a measured amount of food for each meal during the day, which is suitable for women who are wanting to lose weight, while on their mission to achieve a healthy lifestyle. As the meals are based around food group servings, they do not calorie count or provide specific reference to the amount of nutrients consumed per meal. While I specialise in helping women aged 16-25, the information provided within this eBook can also be used by women outside of this age group.

In the H.E.L.P Nutrition Guide for Vegetarians, I have made reference to and based my recommendations on, three common types of vegetarians. I have provided four example menus to suit a pescetarian diet, four example menus for a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet, and six example menus for those following a vegan diet.
