Natural Energy Boosters vs Fat Burners
There is no such thing as a “quick fix” when it comes to weight loss. Which is what most companies that sell fat burners advertise and guarantee. You can be slim and have a healthy body by taking a pill a day?
Sorry girls, but that is NOT true!
Most fat burners usually contain substances like caffeine, excess B vitamins, chromium and L-carnitine. They can work in similar ways to an energy drink. The high doses of caffeine in fat burners can put unnecessary strain on not only your heart, but also your endocrine (hormonal) and central nervous systems. It is essentially forcing your body to work harder than it needs. This is NOT always good for your body! Your body works hard to repair these systems at night, so the extra stress these stimulants cause can lead to central nervous system burnout, exhaustion, fatigue and mood swings.
The labels on most fat burning supplements are not regulated by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) so they can put almost anything they want on the label and claim that their product will do just about anything. So long as they make it look legit, they can sell it.
There is an abundance of NATURAL FOOD which can give you a boost of much needed energy. Some of these booster foods include almonds and bananas to name a few! My Nutrition HELP guide contains meal plans full of healthy and nutritious foods.
Choosing natural energy boosters can give you the peace of mind of knowing exactly what you are putting into your body. I think that if herbal teas and whole foods can't give you the energy you need, you're either doing too much within your means, or not resting properly.
