SWEAT SUMMER SERIES WEEK 1 - LEGS
I’ve teamed up with SWEAT and decided to bring you the SWEAT Summer Series again! It was SO much fun doing this last year, so I have created another 4-week series for you ladies to try out.
Each week, I’ll give you a new workout to try! Just like my BBG program in the SWEAT app, there are two circuits. You can choose to do them once each for a 14-minute workout, or twice for a workout that is 28-minutes long.
