Try this arm workout at home!
The workout is 28 minutes long and consists of two different circuits. You need to complete each of the circuits twice (so 4 circuits in total). The circuits run on a 7 minutes timer each. If you complete the exercises at the set reps, keep repeating them until the timer goes off. You should be aiming to do all the exercises 1.5-2x through per 7 minute round.
- 10x Burpees
- Push-ups - 15 reps
- Tricep Dips - 20 reps
- Plank - 30 seconds
- Weighted Squat - 12 reps
- Mountain Climbers - 50 reps (25 each side)
- Commandos - 24 reps (12 each arm)
- Split Push-Ups - 12 reps
