4th July Butt Kicking Workout!

Most Americans are celebrating 4th of July this weekend so I thought I would put together this quick butt and thigh workout to get you ready! Even if you aren't celebrating the 4th this is a great workout to complete at any time of the day, just be sure to foam roll or stretch after ;) 

I would recommend weights and kettlebells between 3-6kg each for the weighted exercises.
