Looking for an added challenge to add to your workout routine this week? Try my "500 Rep Challenge". You can do this ANYWHERE!


How To Do It:

Set a timer and complete the set amount of reps for each exercise. 

Once you have completed the list five times, stop your timer and record your results.


1. Broad Jump x 15 Reps

2. Negative Tricep Dip x 15 Reps

3. Dumbbell Squat + Press x 15 Reps

4. Caterpillar Walk x 15 Reps

5. X Mountain Climbers x 40 Reps
