Healthy Fruit Punch Recipe!

This fruit punch is the perfect recipe to whip up for your New Year's party! It is so simple to make but tastes absolutely delicious! 

This makes 4 serves

Ingredients:
12 grapes
120g blueberries
1 orange
½ lemon
½ lime
400ml sparkling water
500ml 100% cranberry juice
12 cherries
Mint, to garnish

Method:
  1. Divide the grapes and blueberries evenly over 2 ice-cube trays. Cover with cold water and place in the freezer for 3-4 hours or overnight until set.
  2. Cut the orange, lemon and lime into thin slices and add to a punch bowl or large (1.5-2L capacity) serving jug.
  3. Pour over the sparkling water and cranberry juice. Add the fruit ice cubes and cherries, and stir to combine.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with mint leaves. Enjoy!
