Caprese Bruschetta Recipe

Caprese Bruschetta makes for a delicious appetiser! Simple ingredients and so easy to make!

Ingredients (serves 1):
2 slices sourdough bread
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
50g baby bocconcini, halved
2 tsp olive oil + extra for brushing on the bread
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
fresh basil leaves

Pre order
1. Place the sourdough bread in a toaster and toast to your liking. Using a pastry brush, brush one side of the sourdough bread with a little olive oil.

2. To make the dressing: whisk the olive oil and balsamic vinegar together in a small bowl.

3. Place the cherry tomatoes and bocconcini on the toasted sourdough. Top with the fresh basil leaves and drizzle over the balsamic dressing. Enjoy!
