Healthy Juice Recipes to Boost Immunity!
With the cooler months quickly approaching, it's that time of year where colds are beginning to circulate. We might be feeling icky as our bodies get used to the change in temperature. So I thought I would put together some of my favourite immunity boosting juices which not only are delicious, but can help your body to fight any pesky cold and flus!
Green Machine
Total time: 5 mins
Serves: 1
Dietary preferences: Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-free, Dairy-free
Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 green apple, cored, chopped
- ½ lime, peeled
- 2-3 kale leaves
- 1-2 sprigs parsley
- 2 sprigs mint
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined. Pour into a glass or shaker and enjoy!
Orange Power
Total time: 5 mins
Serves: 1
Dietary preferences: Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-free, Dairy-free
Ingredients:
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- ½ lemon, peeled
- 2cm piece turmeric root
- 2cm piece fresh ginger
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined. Pour into a glass or shaker and enjoy!
Boost It

Ingredients:
- 1 small beetroot, peeled, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 red apple, cored, chopped
- ½ celery stalk, chopped
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1cm piece ginger
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined. Pour into a glass or shaker and enjoy!
