Pre Workout Protein Shake Recipe

This is the perfect pre-workout shake to get you pumped for your workout! While I don’t personally consume protein powder, if you need an extra source of protein then this shake is a great way to do it! Full of delicious flavours, I'm sure you will love it.
Pre Workout Protein Shake Recipe

Dietary preferences: Vegetarian
Ingredients:
- 250ml low-fat milk
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 30g rolled oats
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ½ tbsp cacao powder
- 1 scoop of protein powder
Method:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.
2. Pour into a glass or shaker and enjoy!
