Blueberry Banana Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Total time: 5 mins
Serves: 1
Dietary preferences:  Vegetarian

Ingredients:

  • 30g rolled oats
  • 1 medium banana
  • 100g fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tsp LSA (Linseed, Sunflower Seed and Almond mix)
  • 250ml low-fat milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 100g low-fat plain yoghurt
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Method:
 

1. Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.


2. Pour into a tall glass or jar and enjoy!
