Acai Bowl Recipe

So I think it is NO surprise by now how much I LOVE acai bowls! They are super good for you, and make the perfect breakfast or brunch meal. Acai (pronounced a-sah-ee) is one of the best known sources of antioxidants. Antioxidants are plant-based chemicals which are great for overall health and fighting free radicals within the body.The best bit? Acai bowls are super fun to eat, especially once they are loaded up with all your favourite toppings! Once you have made the base of the bowl, the topping options are endless - plus they make GREAT Instagram pics ;)

Serves 2


4 tbs acai powder
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup almond milk or coconut water
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
1 tsp honey

Chia Seeds

Pre order


1. Blend the acai powder, frozen berries, milk, spinach leaves and honey together. Add a little more almond milk or water if it is too thick. The texture should be a little thicker than a regular smoothie.
2. Add your favourite toppings!

- Kiwi fruit
- Granola
- Peanut butter
